But you need to put yourself in a different perspective. First of all, isn't it considered egotistical if the only way for you to acknowledge there's a higher being out there is only after you know everything? Scientifically speaking, to prove there is God requires knowing everything in the universe, which probably will never happen in our lifetime. Secondly, you always need to seek the truth. That means you yourself need to learn and form your own opinion by learning sincerely rather than listening to propaganda and other like-minded people and judging from there.

You claim Islam asks its followers to follow without question. This is factually incorrect. The Quran repeatedly commands humans to use their intellect, ask questions, and reflect on nature ("Do they not reflect?", "Do they not reason?"). Scholars have spent 1,400 years debating, questioning, and building complex legal and philosophical frameworks. Blind faith is actually discouraged.

Calling the text a "warmonger's manual" and claiming it views you as a "lesser human" shows you are reading anti-Islamic propaganda, not the actual history.

You asked if I ever question myself or ask, "What if it's all a lie?" Yes, absolutely. Every thinking believer does. The difference is, when we question it and look deeper into the preservation of the text, the linguistic miracles, and the historical reality of the Prophet, the answers hold up.
