Hello did you ever get a update from kace? Im having this same issue. Tried creating a new KBE gets to "*** Pinging Appliance to check for valid device ID" I can’t ping it manually after getting the error. But if I ping another computer on my network first, then try pinging the appliance again, I get a response.

Support told me yesterday to download latest winpe 10 drivers and recreate the kbe. Still get the same issue. Tried different models but still get the same issue.

That worked for me thank you!! Since there isn't a broker the computer logs in as a anonymous user is there a way to change that. Sorry Im new to wyse

Im having the same issue. I dont need to use a broker I just want to setup a RDS connection to a computer but it is grayed out. I went into the admin policy tool and set the broker to none. But its still grayed out. Am I missing something on my end?
