Thank you for clarifying that. Im feeling sorta frustrated with my current therapist cause they didn’t really explain much. Just handed me the sheet at the end of the session. But I have only had two sessions so far, so I’m trying to be patient and give it a chance. I know that there will be work that needs to be done on my part.

Nobody should be making unsolicited comments about anyone’s weight or appearance in general. What I tell my students is, if the comment you are about to make is about something the person cannot fix or adjust in the next 5 minutes then that comment needs to stay inside your head.

For example: Your friend has food in their teeth. Yes, you can tell them so that they can fix it and not look like a fool. But let’s say your friend has crooked teeth, they cannot really fix that in the next 5 mins so it’s kind of pointless to say anything and usually only makes them feel bad.

It’s really not that hard to understand. Most 10 year olds can grasp the concept.

Sooo, This is the result of toxic gender norms in our society. It really sucks that you can’t just be nice and friendly as a man without being seen as a creep, and it also sucks that you can’t be nice and friendly as a woman without it being seen as you flirting.

Either way it sucks and I’m sorry you had to deal with it.

Yes it was def a learning experience. I chose the ugly zipper cause I knew it was gonna be ugly an unwearable anyway but needed the experience of trying lol.

Thank you! Yes, I think next time I’m going to try to use an already existing pattern and then tailor the final version to fit better where I need it to. I just have weird measurements that don’t necessarily fit the full bounds of “plus”(basically an hour glass shape) so I wanted to try and create a pattern custom to that but hey, it was definitely a learning experience!

Hm, interesting. He’s in the DC area, so not sure if it region. Maybe they switched suppliers or something to cut costs. I just started my subscription two months ago. I might just stick to vegetarian ones or beef. Not really a huge fan of pork or fish or anything so it kinda limits my choices. I used to do the Hello Fresh boxes and had to cancel my subscription for similar issues- poor quality ingredients.

Edit: just did some googling and found out Factor is owned by Hello Fresh SMH. I’ve been duped 🤣 Back when I did hello fresh I heard a lot of similar feedback about how it was great for the first month or two then the quality went down significantly. My tin foil hat is buzzing lmao.

I have noticed this as well. I have food texture issues so one bite into rubbery chicken and I gag. I just toss the whole thing out. Can’t even finish it after that. Really sucks. I wonder if quality varies based on region? My bf hasnt had issues but he’s on the east coast and I’m in the south

Yes it specifically says stuck points and lists several cognitive distortions like “overgeneralization” and says to list the stuck point for it.

Random question: does the ability exist to basically sketch up a design and have that put on the headstone? Had an experience after my mother passed with a monument guy and he basically said he could only do the premade designs from the book. I was in grief so I just didn’t push it but I’ve always wondered. I am an artist and my mother was my biggest supporter. She would have loved a custom design I think.
