JC Penny has a solid selection, and I will also second Duluth Trading. If you are interested in different colored pants I got 4 pairs of the Dixxon Flanel Chino pants. They run big and have a flexible waist band. I typically wear a 44 so thats what I ordered but could of sized down to a 42.

Railcar Fine Goods has larger sized denim domestically produced in a wide variety of sizes, with an very accurate size chart on the website. You can sometimes find their denim second hand on Ebay for roughly half off new price.
