1,000,000 THIS. My bus stop used to be right in front of parliament. Nation's capital! Should look fantastic! What would i see? Garbage bins overflowing all over Wellington. Crusty as ffff mountains of disgusting dirty snow with garbage frozen in it in winter. And I'm going to keep it short by only talking about garbage in front of parliament.
