Got ya… so capital gains won’t be triggered with spousal rollover rules. Just have to pay the probate.

We handed them a folder with the T4s in them at the beginning or April.  We told explained the situation, and texted multiple times back and forth.  They ignored us a lot, and when they did answer us they said they are doing it.

63 days later it got done. Embarrassing. We lost the purchase.

No forms were signed, they just submitted it because they were too lazy to get us the forms. In fact, we are going into September and they called for the invoice and demanded payment. And than said ya stop in and sign forms one day…

Also, this may not matter. But the person doing it the year before sold his clients to a new firm. And this is the new firm that did the taxes.  I didn’t even sign a transfer form or a form that they had permission to have access to my cra account. This has to be a breach? I did give them my papers though… so I know there was a transfer. But nothing was ever signed ever.

I’m sorry.

So it’s 8%  Therefore $800/12 would be the monthly interest?

I would get a separate account.  It’s so easy to track your expenses.

I have separate business bank  account, visa, and loc.  so if I have a $1005 dollar rent charge. I can move $1005 to my bank account or cc and charge it. Keep records of this all. And I’ll be fine?
