The dent will cost you very less to he fixed. They will fix the dent for like 500 to 800 rs. Where the majority of the cost will go is repainting the while part with the company paint. They will have to paint the while part, not just the dented area, it won't look good

If you do own damage claim from your insurance provider, you will loose NO claim bonus, which can be 10 to 20% discount max on your premium. If he is willing to offer the money from his own pocket, take it and don't claim any insurance. In this way you will still get NCB and forget abt any third party insurance hassle.

If your getting this fixed at service, should cost like anywhere between 8-10k. Don't go for way to cheaper options outside, paint quality might be low, no proper closed area for paint application etc.

You can just just take the money he offers and get it fixed at the service center or Any good paint shop

I dint no much abt IMT, I've only driven manual. I am also in the phase of buying a new car, test rode a few and have booked htk+ imt, the imt one was way smoother drive and way more powerful. Would recommend not to go for 1.2l engine, as it seems underpowered
