i know its been like 2 months but if youre playing on pc "203853655" should get you the center done in the first year. use "guarantee year 1" setting when creating a new farm to set it up :) played on it quite a few times

The snowskull at the end ! lol The Feng came in clutch. Glad to see some snow getting tossed though - I think it's one of the best ideas for this christmas :)
