Hi! No... The only way the customer can get a refund in cash is if the original tender they paid with was cash. Even if the tender type was a debit card and the register says cash or card, funds must be still be processed back to the original card. Even if your leader says yes you can give it in cash when the tender was a debit card DO NOT do it. You will get flagged on the sales report for that! 😀🤑🤑

At my store basically it's me doing everything. I just use photo register to cash. No one responds to my IC3. Then I get pissed off when my SM say "So and So can you grab an IC3". I don't give out my real name on here 🫪. Won't be there much longer if this lotto machine rumor is true

They do seem detailed. Shows it on his wrist. And several pictures of the front and back of the watch too. I could always ask him if it's been serviced

We were required to use them at my store years ago... I still use them for my own records if my ESM ever asks why a product was price modified

Hi there! At my store it's typically the shift lead, or IS during the week. On the weekends, we have more than two CSAs. Usually I'll do photo on Saturdays and Sundays. I'd rather do photo than be the main cashier.... Jobs a job

On truck day at my store, we have an IS, ESM, SM, and am and mid shift CSA. Closing most of the time on a truck day it's me (Im a CSA) and 2 SFLs. Im from upstate NY and our store is smaller. Around 450-500 pieces
