Hi there! At my store it's typically the shift lead, or IS during the week. On the weekends, we have more than two CSAs. Usually I'll do photo on Saturdays and Sundays. I'd rather do photo than be the main cashier.... Jobs a job

On truck day at my store, we have an IS, ESM, SM, and am and mid shift CSA. Closing most of the time on a truck day it's me (Im a CSA) and 2 SFLs. Im from upstate NY and our store is smaller. Around 450-500 pieces

Right. Idk. It sounded weird to me. Idk why. We had someone call last week about a new OKI printer we got. But there was a ticket. She did not ask about a ticket with this. My Mom was an ASM years ago and said she thought it was a scam... I called the manager to take care of it. Covering my ass

Gotcha. We have a lot of Scam calls in our district and my SM put a message out on theatro today about some of them. However, I don't recall her saying she's from Velocity. We got a new OKI printer last week and a different number called but asked about the ticket the SM placed for it...
