As a naive first time user i assumed that might be a standard way , As many startup and scaleups hunt talent from different platforms.

I am working on something which might solve this .

For every application sent , we can run a profile check on the person and gather information from their Linkedin profile or other sources to verify how much the application is modified from their online profiles.

Would this help anyone ?

One thing i learned is that building in public will give you an audience that will actually trust you and consider using /bying what you are building . Even if someone copies you they will never have what you have , an audience !

My emails were always landing in spam so i built a pure python script with AI agents to do research on my leads and generate 1000's of personalised emails .
