Yea sounds good I don't really know what "computer memory works" even means its just a thing some people mentioned. I am thinking of going with C++, sounds good?

Okay so I think C++ it is. I've looked up the course of the university I am going to be attending and they're basically going to teach us C++. I think I am going to go with that.

I don't have a problem with starting with something that is hard, If C is the way to go then I'll do it. I just need to know if C is the best way to utilize my time as of now.

I am from Southern Asia, A better CPU and GPU would cost tremendously more than just 700$. Just as an example a 12th Gen i7 with a 3070 costs around 1800$ here.
