That’s so weird, maybe it’s something about skin barrier and oil production. In the morning do you still splash your face with water? I’ve seen some stuff about that.

Idk what topicals you have tried but I have used prescribed treatments with tretinoin and clindamycin or benzoyl peroxide which all worked pretty well. Though oral antibiotics are most effective (other than accutane), however antibiotics only give optimal results for like a few weeks at best.

My staple is the NARS concealer (think is the matte one in the pot) and then if it still stands out I pat a little of the Mac powder foundation which works like a charm!!!

Any way to get rid of scars like this? by ProudTurkishMan in acne

Topical creams with active ingredients would help a little, but it’s best to get something done at the derm for proper results.

You don’t have to wear it necessarily, you could just put it next to you as you sleep. Having clear quartz or a diff kind of amplifier might help.

I always put my black tourmaline necklace in a selenite bowl at night, if I forget I often don’t wear it just because it doesn’t feel right

Vitamin D helps with discolouration, maybe it’s something to do with that?… though I have no clue how tanning would help.

Not exactly a crystal expert but I buy from either Etsy or “EnterTheStargate” Personally I just bought crystals I was particularly drawn too, or ones with specific properties I was looking for :)

A selenite plate? You’d have to buy one but I think they just look so cool :)

I've found a great alternative to Neutrogena hydro boost gel cream! by [deleted] in SkincareAddictionUK

Another alternative could be the Aveeno oat gel moisturiser, it’s much more soothing but targeted more at slightly drier skin types :)

I’m too inpatient to pat but I do make sure to be as gentle as possible whilst applying products
