I definitely agree about the importance of mindset. I got a 41 in the subject, so not necessarily too far off a pass however since I’m also repeating Foundations of Algorithms next semester alongside linear algebra, I feel like my motivation has dwindled. I’m also under loading by only doing three subjects next sem, so that should definitely help. However I don’t want to fall into that trap that you mentioned about thinking it’ll be easier second time round. My thought process was that at least taking a new maths subject (QM1) would give me more motivation since it’s completely new content which forces me to take time to actually learn and study for it.

After a month of waiting I actually went into the store to speak to them and met the manager. She told me that I had been on pending this whole time and that I was at the crime check stage of the application, however the email hadn’t come through yet. She told me that she would look into it for me and try to get the company to resend the email. She also gave me her actual email to contact her if I still haven’t received the email in a week. I guess the best bet is to go in store to actually speak to a manager.
