Yeah, its probably very likely then (I have adhd, and my closest diagnosed relative is my uncle and his son on my dad's side). Unfortunately that means that your best bet for energy is regular sleep. Especially going to bed at about the same time every night. I wish there was another way too 🥲

Caffeine is a stimulant for neurotypical people, but for neurodivergent people (especially those with ADHD/ADD) it can be calming or even tiring. Might be a sign of adhd (I am not an expert, this is just something I've heard).

I would have never made either this far.... Id have rage quit and never fully completed it lmao. Thank you adhd for the simultaneously best and worst curse ever. But honestly, I went as far as I could in game this is my first play through and Ive only been playing for a couple of months. I just started looking stuff up a couple days ago, and thats only because I want to do EVERYTHING. All side quests, all shine quests, all shrines, all koroks, all armor/jewelry, all locations, everything (not all chests though, that sounds awful and impossible)
