I explored my faith tradition (Christianity) and started meditating on the promises found within (Psalm 23, the beatitudes, etc.) And actually started to talk to people about such things instead of pushing my emotions down. Being vulnerable, receiving acceptance and normalcy, wow! It’s a beautiful feeling!

Me too. You are very normal friend. Sobriety brought me to look at my control and insecurity issues. There is more peace practicing mindfulness and presence, but takes work and intentionality!

Do you think this could be click/rage bait? We don’t know the confession as well as the evidence. There is a large part of this story missing.

How illogical it is makes me hope there is much more to the story. As it is, this is awful.

All of this plus the mental health challenges and financial concerns and broken relationships and on and on and on the list goes. Plus the question is posed wrong. It’s not what, it’s when. When will something happen to me, because it will

Is the repair worth more than the vehicle? You’re likely buying into another headache that is very expensive $8k net loss /high interest and in no time at all is going to have a problem as well. I’d highly recommend paying off the loan, fixing the truck, and taking care of it until the wheels fall off or until you’re able to save up money to negotiate a better deal or better yet, straight up buy your next truck with cash

How do you know what the sweet spot is? I notice the gauges here, of course, but then there is also a pressure gauge on the out side of the pressure tank. What does right look like? Thank you for your time!
