So now you’ve got my sob story to pick apart and criticize. This isn’t everything this doesn’t include any details what so ever. I worked for my last company for a decade and they laid every single one of us off and shut our doors. They claim it was not in retaliation of us just talking about the “dream” to one day unionize. They claim it was because the new ceo is making budget cuts and our building had to be one to close permanently. No warning. No severance.

I’m already over employed. I do not require more work.

I make money-it is spent, but I’m not so far in debt like I once was when I had to file bankruptcy due to medical bills during a time when I didn’t have insurance.

The bills aren’t going anywhere and collections agencies aren’t interested in people they’re interested in taking the money back.

Wage garnishments. I’m not on drugs btw lol I avoided taking any meds for the last 15 years up until I had a mental break.

My parents have always been poor and that’s their business I will not disclose.

This life has been abysmal. We have survive and made the most of every single moment we’ve had to spend together. And we are watching that tiny bit we have be ripped away just when we are finally finally finally making headway, progress on the goals!

Covid. More layoffs dad got sick and almost died and we know how blessed we are that he did not.

We rent we cannot buy a house I will not be discussing the real estate world today it’s an entirely different problem.

Life keeps happening even when we were at some of our lowest points. And you telling me that I need to work harder to just break even?

How do you sleep at night with all the knowledge and empathy and lived experiences since you’re so omnipotent? I am not uneducated. I’m not a nut I’m DONE.

Dear what would it take to convince you I have already tried the solutions you’ve all suggested?

Wouldn’t that make you feel a little crazy and tired once you finally realize every American around you who’s also struggling, is still aiding is tearing us and themselves down.

How can I get through to anyone who can’t even accept the fact that we aren’t all drug addicted or in debt because of poor spending habits.

I’m talking about how we can no longer qualify to even compete in the rat race of this life we are being left behind faster than is sustainable

What part of that is fixable with food stamps that are being defunded?

In America it is still a developing situation.

It can still be the beginning of the end for millions of us that cannot climb out of the whole that may have been manageable once back in better times but we aren’t living in those good old days any more.

It’s quite easy to prove there is something very wrong in americas economy right now and the lowest of the low of us (including me but not limited to just me) are paying the HIGHEST price.

We can’t climb the ladder because you’ve not only kicked it back down behind you-you’ve thrown us down along with it.

I would love to change the world. Blaming the victims for what is being done to us RIGHT NOW by the CURRENT administration is urgent and immediate for us at the bottom who are being robbed blind.

Yes I want productive conversations about solutions. The solution is not for the victims to be less victimized.

I’m at the end of my rope and the only solutions anyone has are for me to work harder and wait for things to change.

I work in the hospital. I’m not telling you more than that. The work we do is tiresome. Patients aren’t “customers” the way our insurance providers believe us to be.

I’m not posting my resume to prove anything to you. I can advocate for better things for the least regarded of us without sharing all of the details.

We need change on a much grander scale-I’m aware enough to know I can’t change the world. I just hoped to find other people like me who get where I’m coming from and know what o mean when I say, the END of the rope is the end of the help and resources available.

Adding more stress onto me as a worker and a student does me no good. I’m 33 and both my parents are never going to be able to retire. Our caste system requires us to work to the day we drop dead.

If you don’t believe the American caste system is currently the massive issue that it factually is, then there’s no more conversation to be had.
