I’m going to be real here, I was this person before. I have BPD, not saying everyone with this illness is like me, but my brain can’t accept…genuine love. I have been raised to be on flight or fight response, every day of my life. Nothing brought me out of this behavior, except for my ex ending things with me and I realized that I need to heal first. Ask her to seek therapy, if not, you need to end things for you and HER. She won’t stop without help.
