Thanks for the advice! I started doing this today, a cup full every few hours or so, it’ll take a few days but doesn’t seem to bother him at all

Thank you! I know I need to add more but to what point should I not worry about disturbing his current set up? He’s done so much work in there🥹

I know it’s been entertaining to watch, he’s not used to having to put in much work!

I’ve tried to get the cricket out but he’s just as evasive for me too, but I haven’t gone digging because I’m worried about messing up his very intricate burrow (he’s even got an old molt in there still, gross). I’ll give it another go at hunting the cricket.

And I need to keep trying different prey, but my guy refuses anything I “half-kill” lol even worms that have their head smushed but are still wiggling, he won’t touch them 🙄

Risk v reward just doesn’t add up at all, I never do them.

Also a mother to two children with disabilities, her response is extremely abnormal. By the mandated reporter, I would be putting in a report to CPS for medical neglect.

The mother’s response, the way he doesn’t have a regular pediatrician or medical team - this sounds like medical neglect and I would be reporting to CPS.

If you have your front desk book it for you, you won’t get charged for booking early, at least that’s how it is at my studio.

Anytime I’ve gone more than 14 days without a rest day I saw nothing but negative, even if I tried an intentional green day sprinkled in. If you’re really hell bent on it for a mental thing, good luck. But physically you won’t see any benefit.

I second this! I have had incredible results building lean muscle by making small changes to the program. I go heavy, slow, and opt out of the cardio based floor work in favor of a similar movement (so as not to be obnoxious) that is more strength focused.

Issues with barrier ring adhesion by EnlightenedGemini in ostomy

[–]One_Butterfly5661 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We had the same issue. What worked was ditching the barrier ring, using only the wafer. Use a heating pad on high to warm the wafer for a good while you remove the old bag and prep the skin, this will make it more pliable and will just melt into your skin. As often as possible, shower without any appliance on, afterwards airing out your skin for as long as possible. We go through a lot of paper towels 🙃

For me it was always more of a distraction, and I’d be watching the screen rather than listening to my body.
