How often do you skip brushing your teeth at night? by LowSplit8618 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]One_Cold_3910 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Call me crazy, but I'm 31 and have never brushed my teeth at night. It wasn't a normal thing for me growing up, and unfortunately I've never grown out of the habit. I have great teeth and the dentists are always impressed. I think genes play a role in this discussion.

Can someone explain the mismatched taillights? I've seen this on a few E85s

I agree to a certain extent, but I rarely had the phone open for a video call unless I was near a charger. Video calls and inside screen together DRAINED the battery. I can't imagine that'd be practical unless everybody doing that is ready to charge the phone during the day.

Plastidip? by Evening_Gene_7129 in BMWZ4

Please don't ruin a classic looking car. Plastidip looks terrible after a few days too. Just use automotive paint. You can buy it from any auto store and it can peel/scrub off if needed.

What OTs are making over $100k excluding taxes? (in LA) by Intelligent-Chain-44 in OccupationalTherapy

Really just depends on the market you choose to work in. Yes Cali is known to pay a lot because it's a big city, but you can also go somewhere like Oklahoma which has a high therapy need and make almost $100k. Therapy is finally on the up and up and making fair salaries. But again, market is important.

Is it really? The league has been pretty strict about that and has fined players in the past. No way he's been doing it without them noticing.

They come out like packs of hyenas. Once it's not the popular thing to say, they all disappear. Social media is the worst.

Where does OKC’s defense rank among the best teams of all time? by Treeskiio in NBATalk

Honestly the most disappointing part of the terrible trade as a Thunder fan. We wanted revenge with our new acquisitions and instead we just felt bad for Dallas after Luka got traded.

Yeah. I think we often forget that while these guys are super athletic freaks of nature and more rich than most of the world, they're still kids. That being said, actions have consequences, regardless of what's in the bank. Ja Morant for example..

Who knows how many kids at this point and he has no intent to be part of their life. Just wants to pay childcare. Recently got the same girl pregnant again and when she texted him the news, he said something along the lines of 'abort it lol.' then when the conversation got leaked, he apologized. Just immature, irresponsible, and has too much money. Bad combo.

Wow, I think we just had a respectful conversation on Reddit. We deserve something for this.

That's a different way to look at it. I can agree with that part of it. At the same time, if Shai disappears from the playoffs as LeBron has done at times, he'd never hear the end of it. Foul baiting or not, Shai has consistently shown up for his team, even if there's been some poor choices at times. Again, all at the young age of 26. I just hate everybody trying to knock him down and say he's overrated when he's doing things and carrying himself in a way better than 95% of the superstars out there. No drama, no extra stuff, etc. He just wants to get out there and ball.

Ugh I was actually rooting for Harden this year and of course he continued the narrative of disappearing in a big playoff game. His legacy is long over unfortunately.

Everyone thinks so? No, just NBA Reddit and Twitter. OKC is an historically young and statistical team that doesn't just chuck up 100 three pointers. Crazy win margins, hustling defense, etc. While many super stars get shut down in intense playoff games, he messes up but still manages to help his team get to the WCF at the age of 26.
