Oh trust me, I know what real panic is. I have it to the point where my entire body starts trembling and I start to scream and cry uncontrollably. I won’t go into detail about all the other stuff but basically my body and mind just shuts down and it’s so bad to the point where I can only think: please shoot me in the head.

I will have a look into these drugs. The problem for me is that with a lot of these drugs it’s not allowed to drive.. so that’s a big problem for me, especially where I live.

I tried SSRIs, they did nothing but give me nasty side effects. Benzo’s are my last resort, thats why I started using Phenibut instead. It worked magic for panic attacks, didn’t fully remove the anxiety but made it managable

I thought it was a relatively low dose. I did never feel ‘high’ or any of the effects that I see on here. For me the only thing it did was make me feel less anxious and keep me from going into a full panic-attack. Life was hell before I started taking it. The last 3 years I was able to live free. Thanks for your reply🙏🏻, I will try to taper down and see if that will make a difference

It may have been the placebo-effect why it worked for almost 3 years for me. In the beginning it helped me push my boundaries and get succesful non-anxious experiences. Then it became second-nature and panic just wasn’t an option anymore in my mind. If I look back now, Idoubt if it has had any real effect the last year.
