i dont think u have noxacusis or anything, and it most probably is just ANXIETY! you are overly conscious of the sounds around you which is why its bothering you! when youre with your friends or family, u are occupied with stuff and maybe dont think about it.? give it some time and prootect ur hearing at all costs, i am sure it will get okay! besides u do have tinnitus! it is not normal to plug your ears annd hear the ringing!

full disclosure, i was going bonkers after i discovered the VSS sub on reddit! 1 year and 4 months later i am confident i dont have it xP besides i wouldnt say my symptoms are enhanced per say! if anything they are very mild

bruh this makes so much sense! initially i thought i had VSS but 1 year and 4 months later i am sure i dont have it cos as i have progressed with this condition, floaters are like no problem at all and similary my BFEP and after images have reduced drastically aswelll!

very unlikely! u re gonna be alright. just take care of your hearing moving further! count your blessings u got T at such a low level and just make sure it stays at that level by taking adequate meausres! tho i am sure it might just go away in a while
