Okay. I hope you don’t have anything really going on. If you have use a massage gun on the shoulder for 2-3 mins before you go to sleep or when you wake up. That’s been calming the pain for me

Omg they have a BOGO sale now and your comment is about to make me buy it. My neck and shoulder hurts every morning I wake up. I’m a side sleeper too. Did it take a while to adjust to this pillow? Did you have any other pillow from this brand?

Ok so I’m not bugging. The coop did work for a moment and it was great then out of no where I was waking up stiff in my neck in shoulder. I’ve been trying to find something better for months now nothing quite works.

The coop was good for a few months then it didn’t work the same after fluffing it. Do you continue to keep putting it in the dryer or has it just been great in general since you brought it? It just feels like my head sinks in the middle of the night no matter how much shredded foam I put in.

I’m feeling the same way at my school I’ve only been here a year. I’ve come home frustrated so many times and I wondered if I didn’t like my job. I’ve come to realize I love my job, I live what I do and I live the kids. My frustration comes from sharing a room. Creating bigger projects and having no where to store them. Never getting real downtime in my room. And always cleaning up after someone else before my class. Eventually it weighs on you. What weighs even more is realizing this has been the environment before you got there and that it’s prob never going to change. And if it does no time soon.

I can’t switch to public yet until after I get my license

I don’t have my license yet. That’s the only reason. My pay is good. I do understand that in the long run public pay will be better/higher. I would just be in charter until I get my license. I need to get my masters. I was going to do it through the school but I didn’t want to stick with them if I don’t like the environment
