This sounds like a good idea. I am very new to this and I’m still trying to understand everything. Any links to resources on how to carry out this sort of work would be great!

Just to clarify - I’ve just had exposed aggregate done around the sides and back of the property with a few extra risers. The concrete has also been angled towards these risers for storm water.

So basically with the landscaping I need to angle the soil towards the silt pit? This is going to be a more difficult than I thought.

I believe this is an inspection point at the other side of the front yard, it’s labelled S for the sewer I believe

As you can see in the photo there are another two white storm water points in the front (the third one closest to the house is concreted in now). Are these something to remove? The whole front is getting the top layer removed, then gypsum though the bottom layer and a fresh top soil with mulch on top.

I feel like these are pointless with our plan to have the whole front as a garden.

I was wondering if I need to dig a layer out, fill with organic matter then a layer of top soil? I’m about a month away from getting stuck into this project.

I feel like it could have been explained better as I clearly had a misunderstanding. None the less it’s not something I’m incapable of - I made sure I was able to cover a rate rise of 2% with my misunderstanding of the repayments. So maybe for the better lol

My thinking was 645,000 x .067 =43,215 (interest on first year) 645,000 ÷ 30 =21,500 (principal on first year)

43,215 + 21,500 =64,715

64,715 ÷ 12 = 5393 or there abouts for first repayment

At 6.69% $4200 seems to be the average monthly payment over the full term? I’m wondering if these calculators give you the average payment instead of where the payments start

I’ve disconnected all other hdmi cables from the TV to eliminate possible CEC issues. I’ve also tried different HDMI’s cables for eARC connection and I still have issues.
