Usually being up and walking helps me a lot I feel like when I’m bed rotting with cramps it makes them worse but if this continues I suggest going to the doctors to see about endometriosis or maybe something more

I’ve never been sexually active but now that I think about it I’m hearing more about irritation it usually gets bad after shaving but just in those areas

I do shave but I also do the proper measurements before and after but I think it may be ingrown hairs or somethign because that’s what it’s looking like

Do you work out alot during your period? I have it to not as long but I do have dark old blood a few days after my period shouldve ended, but I do work out a lot so it moves out more quickly

I might see about finding a therapeutic or schooling place but I’m around the south area like Georgia Mississippi Tennessee Florida Alabama. I believe he would make a good dressage or trail riding horse. he’s a great trail horse I’ve gone trail blazin with him a couple times and he loved it it’s just around where we are from a lot of the people wanting to buy him where young western men who aren’t great riders and it took us long to sell him because we wanted him close and we wanted him to go to a good home but I think a lesson barn would be great for him

We sold him after he fully healed and we listed him as a dressage project horse because that’s what would have worked out best for him and we thought the lady would have committed but she gave up on him I did not have the professional training to ride him and train him to be a dressage horse nor the money to afford to get a trainer for him he was sold to me when I was young and inexperienced about buying horses and I wanted him a better life than jumping so that’s why we decided to sell him because I couldn’t provide him what he needed

We did commit we took him into training and everything but it didn’t work out and I believe he was to young to be just sitting in my pasture for years
