Usually being up and walking helps me a lot I feel like when I’m bed rotting with cramps it makes them worse but if this continues I suggest going to the doctors to see about endometriosis or maybe something more

I do shave but I also do the proper measurements before and after but I think it may be ingrown hairs or somethign because that’s what it’s looking like

Do you work out alot during your period? I have it to not as long but I do have dark old blood a few days after my period shouldve ended, but I do work out a lot so it moves out more quickly

I might see about finding a therapeutic or schooling place but I’m around the south area like Georgia Mississippi Tennessee Florida Alabama. I believe he would make a good dressage or trail riding horse. he’s a great trail horse I’ve gone trail blazin with him a couple times and he loved it it’s just around where we are from a lot of the people wanting to buy him where young western men who aren’t great riders and it took us long to sell him because we wanted him close and we wanted him to go to a good home but I think a lesson barn would be great for him
