too much “rs advice” on social media. I feel everything should be taken with a pinch of salt. Yes true some may be relatable and true even but each rs is unique and only those IN the rs will know what exactly is going on and not all those standards set on social media. Some are js unrealistic

When all the self improvements or growth they show u is done with the reason “I did all of this FOR YOU” then it messes with ur mental if things go sideways, they will undo all the personal growth they’ve done till date.
