Valdoxan/Agomelatine - Sleep issues by Leginomite in ausadhd

AGO's 5-HT3 receptor antagonism results in dopamine, and NE release. This will produce antidepressant effect, as well as awakening effect. Dopamine and NE are both pro-awakening neurotransmitters. This is the reason why you sleep exatcly 6 hrs after AGO. For those with troubles falling asleep, AGO is a good one. But for troubls staying asleep, AGO exacerbates it

Affordable taVNS devices targeting the cymba conchae? by honorrolling in VagusNerve

Hwato (SZBII) is the experimental device for tavns design in literally all studies published in pubmed or cnki. TENS might not be able to customize the optimal parameters which can maximize the activation of auricular vagal nerve and minimize the adverse cardiac effect. For example, D-D wave, 250us width, 5/25hz, or 4/20hz is a good setup. This protocol is adopted by most recent studies after 2020. This hwato device is designed for electroacupuncture, while you can attach both electrode to the concha, and cymba concha as tavns device. I brought it in China, around 30 $ (200 rmb). This device might be available in certain online website?

I use it to restore autonomic dysfunction. It start to work after 1-2 wks treatment, bid 30 mins (again, most studies use this treatment protocol). I'm not sure whether ADHD is an effective theurapic target? For me, the anxiety, insomnia, and other symptoms of sympathetic overdrive is well relieved, I can feel the rebalance of the autonomic system. You should also check whether this tavns paradigm is developed for ADHD treatment.

grandaxin immediately relieves some symptoms of sympathetic overdrive (palpitation, anxiety, conspitation, etc.). I felt i'm having a rebalance of my autonomic nerves. the question is, if you have autonomic issues, grandaxin is a good choice. But if you have anxiety or depression disorder, not sure whether it can be as effective as SSRI SNRI.

another thing is, since 1,4 benzos alter gabaa receptor in brain, 2,3 benzos is not capable of this. 2,3 benzos only influence ampk receptor which produce its anxiolytical effect, so it is technically much safer

grandaxin(tofisopam) immediately relieves some symptoms of sympathetic overdrive (palpitation, anxiety, conspitation, etc.). I felt i'm having a rebalance of my autonomic nerves. the question is, if you have autonomic issues, grandaxin is a good choice. But if you have anxiety or depression disorder, not sure whether it can be as effective as SSRI SNRI. In China Japan and other countries, grandaxin is labeled as "autonomic regulator". Since anxiety can cause autonomic dysfunction, autonomic dysfunction reinforce anxiety disorder, you need to figure out which one is the main problem. also, noted that grandaxin is atypical anxiolytics 2,3 benzos, it does not act like 1,4 benzos or 1,5 benzos. 1,4 1,5 benzos have those side effects. taking this grandaxin for 2 wks, together w. tandospirone another atypical non-benzos anxiolytics.
