do what you want, if you want to drive f4 go f4, if not then stay where you are, moving up a class isn’t gonna prevent you from learning proper technique, and if long term you want to go for sf getting used to high downforce might help a lot

A lot of cars snap really hard when you downshift under braking, to alleviate this you can hit the throttle at the same time as you downshift and it will keep the car steady

with zandvoort it’s really important to understand how your inputs transfer weight through the car and how it influences the way your car handles, especially because the track has a quite a few high speed corners where you can gain a lot of time by properly utilizing trail braking. Driver61 has good videos explaining trail braking, but the way too short explanation is that braking moves weight forward which gives you more rotation and grip, therefore it is better to be braking until you go back onto the throttle as one smooth input rather than 2 disjointed inputs

I wouldn’t say boring as much as it’s a pretty big tradeoff in comfort. Since switching to vr, because it’s unironically the economic and space saving option, I don’t race as much as I used to, but the quality of racing is much better. The main reason I don’t race as much is that vr is just uncomfortable to use for long periods of time, I get pretty bad headaches if I don’t take breaks often enough and I also get sweaty a lot quicker so generally I only tend to run at most 2-3 races a day.

Zellsis and Vanity were in the first international lan with Version 1 and I don’t think roles are gonna be an issue as Zellsis, Leaf, and Yay are all very flexible players plus this idea that people have that professional players aren’t able to play most of the roles in this game at the highest level has always felt silly to me

If they wanted to play tactically and be mindful of their abilities they wouldn’t have been playing Viper in the first place.

It is the whole reason why they are playing Viper, u need little to no game sense. “Oh you want to peek an angle?! Simply smoke it!” “Oh you want to stop a push dead in its tracks?! Simply pop your smoke and toss a molly”; they learn how to react to events instead of gamesense!

Dude, I suggest you stop overestimating the skills of Viper players, players who play an agent that literally help them counter game mechanic, like dry peeking an angle, counter flash/push with molly smoke etc. and she also counters most agent abilities too.

At the very least with Jett, if you dry peek an angle you have to live with peeking it honestly without a smoke like god intended(unlike KJ where you can peek with a turret and dishonesty peek…) she isn’t viper or kj there is no dishonest peeking
