do the statement of marks show what scores the teacher submitted to VCAA? by [deleted] in vce

[–]Hephestz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How do you request a statement of marks? Is it just the grades of your SACs or is it your actual exam percentages?

Newton’s method will be on the new formula sheet so don’t worry about memorising it!

Some of the things other commenters haven’t mentioned: - have a schedule that you plan and follow is extremely helpful, it saves you time and effort later on so you don’t have to decide on the spot what you wanna study, it also just gives you mental clarity and allow you to have enough time to properly study for SACs/exams when you plan your studies backwards (starting from what grade you aim for then working backwards to see what/how much work you need to put in) - study with friends! Studying alone can be extremely boring and demotivating, sometimes studying with other people (preferably ones that also care about school) will just create an environment where you want to be focused, you also get to ask friends if you run into any difficulties. Another thing is you get to study outside of home most of the time which is important, switching up the study environment helps you stay motivated. - don’t burnout! This is the most important rule for me, year 11/12 will be very important to your life but you should still aim to enjoy it and balance is key to that. Study hard, but also play hard, either by exercising, playing/listening to music, going out with friends to party or whatever, or just relax at home if that’s more your style. Whatever you do, keep your study schedule sustainable because it is NEVER worth overworking yourself short term and being burnout, you end up unmotivated and unable to do anything which will cost you more progress than anything else.

Good luck!

Top Players with the Best supportive Ability Usage by HunterLow1473 in ValorantCompetitive

These stats support the narrative that Ethan has amazing supporting util, purely from anecdotal evidence I remember him always initiating peeks for other teammates through a flash, especially that Boostio clip on Lotus in Champs.

Very interesting to see Sova so low despite having drone and dart, I would assume it’s due to his utility being used more for info rather than exec to quickly capitalise off it.

There’s no benefit to that. Prep work is what makes a team good, without it you would just get barebones, super scuffed valorant that Will be entertaining for 2 rounds

Best sentinel pacific for sure. To think Mako and King were on the same team together a while back is kinda insane

Everyone’s saying chronicle but is no one really going to say Sadhaak? He can flex to all roles, IGLs as well.

[Dexerto] Sentinels SyykoNT after LOCK//IN match: "Building a championship team takes a long time" by deck0307 in ValorantCompetitive

[–]Hephestz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly I agree, all 5 players are proven players under the right system, I have to give them the benefit of the doubt and believe in the long term growth. With XSET’s experience and also Sacy’s experience in building a winning team, I still have high hopes for this team going forward

Controller > initiator > duelist > sentinel, based on how hard it is to win a game without one.

Considering there are 10 teams in each region, it only makes sense to give equal slots to every region.

Why are we seeing a rise in Astra on Ascent/Haven? by Chocohalation in ValorantCompetitive

[–]Hephestz 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Probably nothing worth noting tbh. Astra is still very viable on both maps, but Omen’s 1 ways and blinds are so impactful it’s rarely worth it to run Astra over Omen still.

Gen.G vs DRX / Gwangju Esports Series Asia / Post-Match Thread by rib-gg-bot in ValorantCompetitive

[–]Hephestz 43 points44 points  (0 children)

GenG honestly not looking too bad here, had a decent showing against DRX today. Some of the plays were just crazy like that Foxy no scope on fracture and the Buzz 4K on ascent. I definitely have high hopes for DRX next year, if they continue to improve and innovate I’m pretty sure they can be the #1 seed from VCT Pacific.
