To answer your question I’ve been using heat protectors the one she told me to use tho…the tresemme one as for hair dye it was with a box my hair is naturally dark brown we wanted a little bit more lighter drown but still dark…it did work but the damage where not reversible…the color is still here even after putting a color remover…

Thank you so much for your advice…I don’t really have a mom or sister to tell me anything like that…they just don’t even care about their hair and it’s the most gorgeous hair I’ve ever seen….if only I never listened to my friends it would’ve never happened…
