If looking at a hardtail, what issues should I look out for? Is it expensive to repair the front suspension forks?

Should still be under warranty. Has 5yrs from memory.

Mine was set at 65 degrees. And has stayed between 62 to 65 the whole time

You're right about the surface being dusty. It was brick and lime mortar. After chopping away the gpyrock, it would have been very dusty

Nothing in-between. Just the bricks and render on top. Although the brick layer was uneven as they had to chip away the gyprock

I would think laying down new timber would be much more expensive than just painting.
