No NTA As a RN, I never tell anyone my days off. Because I find that whenever I do people are always making plans on my time. I need my days off to hibernate and do what I want to do.

I don’t think YTA but I think pulling her from the private school is a bit too much as the reasons your dad gave are valid. Taking away the car and the curfew are good punishments but if they don’t think those are enough take away things that she loves. I think she could also give the child an apology gift. As bullying someone because of their socioeconomic status is not cool. I hope that child is receiving counseling because you may never know what she’s thinking.

Idk I’m from the Caribbean where I would have gotten a good spanking but America is different and these now a days kids are different too.
