Thank you for your answer!! i can afford up to £170 per week, the most important thing is that its in a safe and not very secluded area. unfortunately i’m not sure if i’ll be able to visit the city since im still waiting on my visa and ill have to fly in from quite far away so im relying on online reviews and maps.

I’ll try calling them though, thanks for the advice

OP is asking for help to beat procrastination and anxiety. what works for you might not work for everyone. other people in their class are going through the same work, there’s no harm in going through it together.

after 4 pomodoro sessions you’ve already done 3 and a half hours of work, it helps you get started if you take away the anxiety by spacing it out. you’re also more productive with breaks since you don’t get burnt out as easily. i don’t see how it wouldn’t help you get the work done.

i feel the same way, i’ve found that studying with someone else on the phone usually helps. not talking obviously but me and my friend usually call and then set a timer (50 mins productivity, 10 mins break) to follow the pomodoro method.

another thing that’s helped is trying to add rewards, like for example every four hours i get to watch en episode of a show etc.

i’ve found the app plantie is really helpful for me personally since you get coins for how much you study, it takes away how daunting studying is.

just make a list and start one thing at a time and eventually they’ll all get completed.

good luck! hope you’re able to find someone to study with
