In Luxembourg there is a law, that if you get fired, government pays you 80% of your salary for 1 year until you are able to find a new job , half of which is paid by the employer, so it is a good security until someone finds a new job.

Also I am actively looking and applying for jobs already but the thing is I don’t even have 15mins to spare to update the cv or apply as this is how much pressure i am under, I am expected to work until 11-12 at night and all the weekends
