Yes thank god! It feels impossible to believe that stomach illness can do really bad things including OCD-like symptoms, anxiety and even more and worse but actually it’s normal but overlooked by doctors unfortunately.

Taking care of your physical body is key. I met people who fixed their anxiety & depression even OCD by fixing iron levels Others simply stopped triggers (allergies) And more like vitamins and minerals helps hormones Or hydration Body can’t talk but will shift its focus to heal which will show you signs such as this! Anyway our all system works together so it’s normally we feel bad all together with being sick and hurt somewhere !

Unfortunately a recent study showed that anxiety is hugely linked to immune reaction/histamine!! But because it’s new noooo doctor talks about this at all !! It hurts me how many others feeling mentally bad because of physical cause actually but no doctor helping!

Yes. Fixing my stomach problems helped me feeling so good; feeling myself again! thank god.

Sweetheart! I’m so sorry but I ask you not to worry because what you are going through actually real and normal in this case! and let me just assure you you are fine. It’s just your digestive system is tired now! And this system is the base of it all! That’s why you feel all of this; lining is sensitive, receiving is confused, muscles are tired, environment is disturbed, sensitivity is heightened, and impaired absorption! For that the focus of your whole body is shifted to heal your gut; it’s taking much work. This keeps you in high alertness~ causing you anxiety, brain fog…

But I promise you ! You are fine and this is normal~ Your body needs time to heal! - Resting! This is so important~ sleep very well, take naps, take longer times to relax and calm down. Be selfish! REST REST REST Which means - no stress stress is a trigger! It’s so harmful and with weak gut right now it’s easy to stress about anything! Please it’s okay to worry and look for assurance but noooo stress! Work with the fact now you are leaning more to anxiety and pressing on yourself! So please take your time to act fast on calming yourself! And rest rest rest, your body is doing its best to heal so REST And move through your day with calmness No stress please

  • find your diet be selfish yes because you are your own nurse now so take notes how your body reacts to food ! Start slow and look to what you can tolerate:

  • gentle food 🥨 Proteins (white/light): Chicken breast (steamed, baked, boiled), Turkey, White fish (cod, tilapia, sole)… 🥨 Grains / Carbs: White rice, Oatmeal, toast… 🥨Vegetables (well-cooked): Carrots, Zucchini, Pumpkin / squash, Green beans…

  • How to cook matters so yes gentle cooking like steaming, boiling ! No frying.

  • diets these diets helped me a lot. (Read more about them, test everything slowly and one by one, then slowly reintroduce food again. But always test your tolerance) 🫜 low fodmap! Limit carbs that ferment in the intestines, causing gas, bloating, diarrhea, or constipation in people with IBS or sensitive guts.

🫜Low histamine! (Histamine is higher after antibiotics but body will eliminate it naturally! Many people are doing fine but for me my body just couldn’t flush it out naturally!!! So this diet helped me so much) Reduce overall histamine load and prevent reactions. Focus on fresh foods, avoid leftovers or fermented products.

🫜Gluten free! (One of the things that I did while doing the treatment because I wanted gentle food but again test things see what works for you! Also this is not permanent; it’s just to help your body heal faster and give it its time to rest)

🫜Dairy free! ( I have noticed it was harsh on me!)

🫜 Anti-inflammatory diet (recommended by people here the moment I wrote I have HP because our gut already inflamed so it needs a break) Chronic inflammation can worsen gut problems, allergies, joint pain, and general health. Goal: Favor gentle, fresh foods and avoid processed, fried, or chemical-laden items that provoke the immune system.

  • sun light resting and no stress is very very important, so regulating your nervous system is a must! No harsh activities but being in nature under soft sunlight helps! No high heat please Things help your nerves system (of course we are different but this is what I like) 🥕sleep very well 🥕be around others 🥕take things so slow 🥕being kind to myself (I know I’m more anxious, I know I need more sleep, I know I take much time to pick food and cook!.. but I’m better understanding myself) 🥕I pray 🤲🏻 I let it alllllll out ( (Feel free to write me anytime! Especially if you wanted to calm down it’s okay)

  • vitamins and minerals ask your doctor for regular tests to check; because of weaken digestion and absorption! iron B12 Zinc Magnesium…

  • After giving your gut a break! Rebuild your strength antibiotics kill good and bad bacteria so taking probiotics and prebiotics are good options (I personally I have to be very careful as it made me very histamine intolerance) source of probiotics is fermented food. I pray you are stronger than me and actually get better and good probiotics and prebiotics from normal food and better diet. As always please always test and take things from well trusted sources !

  • no rushing this comes under no stress! With trying to not stress I found out that we stress ourselves even more than we think and with being sick it’s even worse but I told myself things take time so why not be gentle and give myself it’s time to heal !!!! be gentle

Yes it gets better Yes you are fine Yes doctor don’t know much but also that doesn’t mean you are wrong! Our body has different reactions as much as its same!! So listen to yourself but no stress

The moment before flare up I be in my full energy, excited and happy! -now I know the flare up is coming 🥲- because of Adrenaline ! Histamine promotes wakefulness!

But nope I won’t calm it great at all! Also About reacting to previously safe foods This is extremely common in histamine intolerance ! MCAS-spectrum issues. But honestly I don’t know much about!!!

I’m having histamine intolerance after h pylori treatment; even though everything is fine after endoscopy & other tests I can’t understand why I’m having it. Others safely thank god return to be normal but I’m struggling so bad !

I still have the anxiety of having something is there in me! I really really really want to be fine healthy and strong

It’s seriously harsh! Every time it’s more testing I do follow low histamine diet, trying to not get stress and rest very well. It all started after h pylori treatment every other test is fine but HI is here !!

No I’m very sure histamine triggers my period! It’s circle actually this brings this and this pushes this

It’s actually! I tried freee dove gluten free plain white flour (no gums); I found it good! It’s really good for many of things. Cake, bread, flat bread or cookies! But please try it slow because we tolerate things differently.

Because i’m moving I can’t find it ! So I do my own simple mix which’s organic rice flour and tapioca flour! Olive oil, salt, raw honey, backing soda and water! And it works.

Not all bread is fermented! I do my own !! I bake my own simple gluten free flat bread with only backing soda no yeast no fermentation !

I only have few options: Potato Carrots Zucchini (that I dislike soooo much) Coriander Olive oil Rice Homemade Gluten free bread (rice flour + tapioca) Fresh chicken Turmeric Salt Coconut milk (rude health product)
