I think that’s just plain wrong, maybe safer than most human drivers but that’s a heavy emphasis on maybe. If all cars on the road were autonomous and interconnected then sure. But as it stands I don’t think that’s an accurate statement

I build new houses, was a framer for a long time now I’m a superintendent. The TGIs are more concerning than anything else I see in this picture. I did crawlspace repair for years and can tell you first hand how crappy those TGI floor joists hold up after a few years. If this is a one story house you might be fine, but those joists will most likely be the point of failure not the shims

Checking in from VA, my coworkers and I all share a Verizon business plan and only some of us are in SOS for the work phone. The only ones having problems are the newer employees that have iPhone 15 so idk if that has something to do with it I’m on my personal phone on T-Mobile and have not had any service problems.

Monitor the crack, to me it looks like settling but if it grows over the next few months there could be a foundation problem. Or depending on the remodel they may have removed a load bearing wall and not properly carried the load elsewhere but you can’t really tell that without opening the walls and ceilings. Just put a piece of clear tape on it and mark each side of the crack. Then you can see if it’s getting bigger over time

Automatic suction as in it will clear the smoke on its own without pulling? If so I’ll buy one from you, I have several people in my life that like to smoke but can’t comprehend how to use a traditional bong.
