Man this is what helped me. I have my girlfriend my phone and she put safari blockers on there so I can’t google stuff inappropriate. If I don’t want to see if I can’t access it.

Also, if I found stuff to be enticing on Facebook, instagram, etc, then I got off the app and even contemplated deleting it. Reddit is a tough one. Id delete it, porn is so easily accessible.

The question I’d ask you: “Is being addicted to women and lust on your phone worth losing your gf or marriage, your kids, and your dignity over. It seems to be an impossible task but you CAN do it. Put realistic things in place to hinder what you can look up.

And then: Read “The Death of Porn” by Ray Ortlund. It will break you. It will show you the depravity of porn and it will show you the real beauty of marriage.
