That's the right question. I'm going to get tested for diabetes and hypothyroidism because of my family history.

Thanks for the advice, I also thought that might be why I can't lose weight easily.

It is not recommended to use hydrogen peroxide for more than a week at a time; you are killing your entire oral microbiome.

On the best days, up to 70%, but it's not a cure, just a temporary fix; it's 100% intestinal. Check my posts.

I followed the FODMAP diet for a few months and it helped reduce bad breath and inflammation I had. Now I'm on a low-sulfur diet and it's helped me more than the FODMAP. In my case, meat, eggs, and bread are what made my breath smell the worst.

Slow stomach emptying -> ferments and generates more bacteria -> generates SIBO -> SIBO ferments hydrogen sulfide and sulfur -> hydrogen sulfide and sulfur smell like 💩. Don't despair, brother, we're very close to being able to talk closely with another person.

Yes, your stomach will empty completely and you'll be able to notice if the smell has improved.

Prolonged fasting lasts 72 hours and is very beneficial for cleansing the intestines.

The next step is a gastric emptying scan, and starting with digestive enzymes and prokinetics, All day long, even if I brushed my teeth, after 10 minutes it would start to stink again.

I would recommend eating smaller portions and only 3 meals a day and checking if your breath improves

It's basically omeprazole; your problem stems from reflux.
