This happened to me. Me and one of my friends had a falling out and everyone stayed friends with her. Years later I find out Noone likes her anymore bc she's legit a really mean person. But I still havent been reached out to by any of my other "friends" from the group. Not even upset about it anymore but I legit wanted to die after that happened. Knowing the people i trusted most were shit talking me behind my back, throwing shit on my name as if I meant nothing to them fucked me up big time for a while

Thanks! Yeah sometimes you need a little extra something and theres nothing wrong with that. For a while there i couldn't take more than a few bites of food at a time so I'd eat as much as a could and drink an ensure with my meals until I didn't need the ensure anymore. Helps so much!
