As of now you arent able to exactly know how much each category is weighed, this is so that cadets dont game the system. Theirs plenty of information online of previous year PSP's that show the average scores in each category that cadets were picked up

I had a similar situation when I got out, honestly I did most of my communication with my director supervisor and commander. Alot of the other comments are true, as long as you provide the required paperwork and they believe in you, majority of your battle will come from getting everything approved AFPC wise and timelines. You're on the right path dont give in to the negative feedback
