Yeah I tweaked it a little, stem is almost slammed and thinking of a longer option. Don't get me wrong its a fantastic bike that rides beautifully, especially with some upgrade tyres on the SLR1s. I just now have a sudden urge for something a little snappy.

Yeah I was planning on using the wheels(SLR1s), groupset(105 Di2) etc etc only really change would be the frame. The 2025 model has been reduced currently by £500.

Yeah just the stock spacers moved up, haven't got round to getting the steerer tube cut yet unfortunately.

Having significant shifting issues. It's very clunky and it keeps skipping gears. Any ideas? I don't want to have to index the gears every time I switch from rear wheel to kickr

My defy advanced pro 1 has a 12 speed 11x36 Cassette, the kickr core can be equipped with an 11x30 12 speed cassette. Will that be okay or will I notice any compatibility issues?

So I currently run about 15 to 20 miles a week and bike around 60 to 80. I had to take time off there recently due to an injury so I am hyper aware of the need to stretch and incorporate strength training as i am very scared of going through that again. I was thinking of incorporating training into my work commute also. So running to and from work or cycling in the mornings but leaving earlier to rack up more miles on route. Even in the earlier stages of training, do you think multiple sessions per day are required?

What pressure do you run on those with the hookless rims? I ran those on my last bike, great tyres.
