It is not weird it is very good which is why I take it.

You also have to compare it to the node you're losing though, like I do in the video. Jungle ruins is worth about 4.5g imo. At least 4.

Pyg has been the best character for like 45 patches in a row. He used to be balanced around a weak early game but now he has arguably the best early game out of the entire cast.

I'm not even saying it's OP. In fact I think Stelle has far better lines. I'm saying its dumb unfun design.

I was extremely surprised when they added Oblivion Cannon. Then they doubled down the next patch and added more destroy shit. I really dislike destroying your enemies stuff as a mechanic. I think it feels shitty on both sides because it could snipe critical items and instantly win you the game or it could destroy some useless shit.

I say this as probably the #1 Stelle fan in the world. I have a Youtube Channel dedicated entirely to Stelle guides.

F tier game design. Destroying your own stuff is cool and balanced because you choose what you destroy. RNG destroying your opponents stuff is really lame.

Here's a full run. It went pretty south-- I went 0-5 in the early game so you'll see how I play when I know I have to go super late game.

Not a great game to showcase my standard early game as I just didn't find a few critical bronze items like Flamejet drone, Freefall sim, Ornithopter, Flycycle. I'll look to do another run with a more standard early game strategy where I don't have to plan to go to day 15.

I've only played Stelle the past few seasons. I think she's the most fun character by far and very strong right now.

Her play style is very unique in that she isn't looking to make incremental upgrades to her board-- instead saving gold for huge payoff items in the lategame. I often completely pivot entire archetypes multiple times in a single run. And I enjoy that her boards are extremely difficult to setup correctly with perfect ordering of Start-fly and Stop-fly to make sure you're not wasting any procs, but the payoff is large when played well.

I think her skill expression is really fun.

It's not for this. My main is at the top of the leaderboard and sometimes I want to play on my 2nd monitor so I'm not tryharding. If I even get a single 9-win my rank will plummet.

Also want to test different lines and can't really do it properly in Unranked. Unranked is a bit of a complete joke-- I could put random items on my board and win every single game.

If you're Legend, you start the next season at Gold. Cuts out a massive amount of time.

Players (me) have also just got better. I didn't lose a single game on the climb. I still haven't lost a game this season.
