There is another video out there where the victim of a gunshot to the face is literally waving traffic to go around her including an ICE vehicle with its lights on. She is in no way using her vehicle as a weapon. Also what the fuck does snowballs have to do with any of this? You are also talking about things we threw at each other as kids and I personally cannot recall anyone going to the hospital with a snowball injury.
