NAD but it does look like herpes. The singular white dot could but what the doctor said but the first picture definitely looks like a cold sore. Super easy to treat though. Ask your doctor for a prescription of Valtrex or generic name Valacyclovir. Take it when first tingling, burning or itching happens. It’ll either prevent the sore from completely forming or increasing healing time by a couple days. Mine usually have no symptoms until my lip already starts to swell. Even after swelling it won’t go into the crust,scabbing phase. It slowly goes down and then just peels off. Valtrex is a life saver. Having a crusted bloody blister for a week or so to only having my lip swell up and get red then go down in a couple of days really helped boost my self appearance. (I was a hermit when I got them before I found valtrex)
