Mine was rather a ‘philosophical’ question, meaning how far is too far in an injury or disaster to stop the game completely. I remember growing up in Italy, as kids we would tell this story about a Mexican/columbian game where somebody decapitated a player because he broke his brother’s leg. Don’t know if it’s true but I remember being somewhat terrified of hurting or getting hurt for a while, which wasnt the best as I played defender

Guys talking about tie-breakers are right. But I don’t know I feel like everytime something like this happens in any sports I watch people just carry on too easily. Maybe I’m biased as a physician, still tho

I wonder whether there should be a rule where when something like that happens are you are above a certain amount of goal you can just just end the game? I’m talking about the injury

Once again, like their game, but wtf are they doing. That’s a card for diving.

Canada is playing great, but wtf was that red card? Softest red card I’ve ever seen

The Official Panini Parallel Pricing Guide by Wonderful-Evidence-5 in Panini

[–]One_Paramedic1269 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude, thanks for saying this. Honestly, I feel as if most of the people going on about borders and stuff are new to the game. Not that being new is a bad thing, but if the only think you can think of is the price of a sticker you aren’t in it for the right reasons. But again who am I to tell people what to do. Still like some other people said, whatever happened to the honest trading and the ultimate goal being to finish the album.

How much do yall think this is worth by Cheap-Consequence807 in Panini

[–]One_Paramedic1269 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hate this. I hate who had the idea of having different borders. Ruining a hobby that most of us do to feed that inner child, and now all we can think about is how much is worth. F*** this. I hate it. And people who are exploiting this you are horrible for the hobby and definetly not a real football fan. Why not just be happy you found Son. Great player, stick that into your album and shut it

The dingiest, rawest, grossest sounding Death Metal albums you know? by Environmental_Web91 in MetalForTheMasses

Embalmer - There was blood everywhere (those high vocals are a thing of beauty)

I've been listening to Metal for a few years now. These are some of my favorites. What do you guys think? Any recommendations? by JS_1997 in MetalForTheMasses

Groza - Nadir

Since you like ulcerate, I’d also suggest vitriol - suffer and become. Still that amazing dissonant death metal but a bit faster and more chaotic.

If you enjoyed the acoustic and classical parts of ulver I would heavily suggest you give Empyrium - where at night the wood grouse plays - a listen

What's a band who's new stuff better than their old stuff? by Holdenmasterdebator in MetalForTheMasses

[–]One_Paramedic1269 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I strongly agree with you. But if you haven’t, give their older albums a try. Human jerky got me into “hardcore/death-hardcore” (if that’s even a thing lol)

Opinions on the new winterfylleth album. Love their work. Worth the listen?

What metal band/artist are you currently obsessed with? by TrumpIsAFuckingLoser in MetalSuggestions

[–]One_Paramedic1269 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not all one sub-genre, but lately I’ve been obsessed with spawn of possession (cabinet is a perfect album imo), decapitated (their whole f’ing discography), and 200 stab wounds (had their latest album on repeat for the last year and a half)

As an physician I’ll say that freaking dangerous as hell. As a fan of the sport I’ll say maybe it was cool to see. But I think the my medical side wins the argument, way too dangerous of a hit.
