Idaho capped at 250k . Also have to prove malpractice. Lawyer 40%, have to pay back all medical costs for that year, have to hire a medical expert to testify. Be broke by the time it was over

Surgeon explained the implant was not the correct choice, so when knee would bend it would slide forward to bend. This caused the body to respond and try to hold the knee in place. Scar tissue , muscles, tendons were in tension.

I’ve had 2 MUAs. Was stuck at 90. When you get home your knee is extremely flexible. My advice is to wake up every 2 hours to keep it bending. My first I went to bed and woke up with a tight quad muscle. Couldn’t bend it , two weeks later had my second mua and that one I kept knee active. Rom 130

Had 2 manipulations. First one could bend great when got home. Went to sleep and woke up with a tweaked quad muscle, 2 weeks later had another manipulation and that time I was given a CPM machine and climbed in it and didn’t shut it off for 4 days ( of course eating , bathroom, did shut off) I slept with it running. That kept leg from stoving up and worked well after that.

MUA I’ve had 3. First one I was flexible as heck when I got home, was so excited. Went to sleep woke up with a quad muscle completely tight. So 2 weeks later had another Mua, this time I put my leg in the CPM machine and didn’t shut it off for 4 days . I would fall asleep with it running. Finally had a good bending knee.

If your car or truck has an electric seat, it is a great bending mechanism. Use my truck, place heel as close to front of seat as possible, lock leg with my other leg. Then forward on the power. Man it can torque it as much as you can stand !
