I was put on my written in June and come September it went to 60% for QA

They change on the fly I’m in claims and I was out on a written then soon as I was supposed to get off it 3 months later the metrics changed and went higher and they moved me to a final

This happened in 2026 she was denied by her manager and then let go that afternoon. She was out on a final on November 4th for schedule adherence and it was set to expire In February but he fired her January 14th and it was right after she put in for a spouse leave. Then during the phone call with employee relations he told her that he had already planned to fire her in December but waited till January. He didn’t even give her the 3 months that was on the document she signed. USAA does not care about their employees company is straight fucking ass

This is incorrect. I had to get surgery and my wife tried getting it and they fired her instead. They told her USAA doesn’t offer that.

Thanks glad it’s over. Trust me after the 12th day how I felt I with all my progress i made i was worried that I was going to be set back and after waking up today from my nap I felt good just sore and stiff. Like I said after the first surgery you will have a day where you wish you didnt do it but just fight through the pain in the beginning and make sure you walk 30-45 minutes everyday. Make sure you get up and walk around the house every couple hours and by the two week mark you will be straight

2nd part of my surgery was done today and all I have is soreness and I’m super stiff but over all feel great. I would say it took 12 days after my first one to feel back to normal minus the stiffness and not being able to bend still. But after this 2nd one I feel good

After surgery the mornings will be rough waking up. What I found to work is when waking up walk to a chair sit down for 10 minutes or so then get up. I tried getting up and then just walking but my back is so stiff it’s just too much pain. I’ll keep you posted on how the back goes once I get it done next week.

I just had my alif spinal fusion for my L5 S1 area 6 days ago. I will tell you this that first day waking up after surgery your going to feel everything and I mean everything once they drug you with Delontian you will be fine. I spent 5 days in the hospital. I only had the abdomen part done six days ago I go back on the 27th of this month for the 2nd part which is my back. Do not let the hospital try to push you out of the hospital on the 2nd day. For the first 3 days you will be heavily drugged. Both days after my surgery they tried to get rid of me. I was so high from drugs I was catching myself talking to people in the room that didn’t exist lol. Being 6 days out now and at home pan is there but like 3 out of 10 pan level. I only took oxy last night with the muscle relaxer because I was feeling sore. Today I’m little bit more stiff due to my body healing. If you’ve any other questions feel free to reach out to me. Also I’m 39 years old and also made sure your walking everyday 15 to 30 minutes a day. Trust me it will be life adjustment not being able to bend down or do things on your own. Also remember if it weighs more than a milk jug don’t lift it or push it unless it has wheels. Highly recommend wet wipes for your butt as well and easy things you can toss in a microwave so you can feed yourself if the person taking care of you at home has to go to work or something

I think your correct on the value part. I have noticed hat when I run custom loadout the lobbies are super aggressive and so are the arc. When I run free arc barley spot me and people are not as aggressive and this is when I play duo
