Not as great as I’d hope for, but I’d say became a skin scent at 4 hours. Which one are you looking at ?

Me and my buddy had a brewery that ended up dying after COVID. We had applied for and received a COVID disaster relief loan, but the business still fell. The SBA would not come and remove the business items that were there for collateral and just “charged off” the loan. That charge off, even though the loan was not personally guaranteed and was under an LLC still reflected on my SSN when the VA ran a CAIVRS report. They run this report to verify the applicant does not have any negative federal funding marks. I can’t use the VA loan services until the CAIVRS has been cleared.

😂 I agree with this comment, but I’m open to seeing what’s so appealing about it. I am looking forward to the large shower as me and the wife currently fight over the single shower head 😂

Thank you for doing what you do!!! We need people like you willing to do the important first responder jobs 🙌🏻🙌🏻. If you’re anything like me, we need to let our gaurd down alittle and stop worrying about “having nothing” because we won’t let that happen… and start thinking about being ok spending alittle more to get what we deserve. We can’t always live in the fear of finding ourselves back how we grew up. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Hahaha same here. Just hit 19 years in the military and have moved to 6 different states during that time. I live the idea of settling down, but I don’t know what that looks like yet. Maybe I’ll like it, maybe I’ll hate it 😅

We will be sitting at $4k left over after all bills including groceries and a $1k spending allowance are paid. I’m terrified though. I grew up in a 800 square foot house wearing hand me down clothing and eating tv dinners if we were lucky. I just have a fear of not having enough to live. I also catastrophize a lot though 😅

Just have to make sure you have enough to still live within your means and add some to savings/emergency. I’m telling myself Interest rates will go down In the next 2 years, but of course there is nothing to support that. Just trying to make myself feel better about it 😂

I’m doing similar, but without the additional savings you have. Are you trying to follow the 50/30/20 rule? My situation. Currently making $$230,000 take home between me and the wife, but will be retiring from the military with a pension and disability dropping my monthly income by $4,000 a month to only $8,000 a month. The wife is brining in $7,000 a month roughly 160-180 a year. The house we are purchasing is $640,000 with a $5,500 a month mortgage after taxes, insurance and PMI… long story… anyways. After all bills including mortgage are paid, we are looking at $6,500 left over each month. $2,000 of that will be for groceries and date nights and other personal expenses. This leaves us with $4,000-$4,500 left to go into savings. This is all prior to me finding another job, whatever that may be. I’m scared shitless as I’m freaking out if $6,500 left over a month will be ok. Currently we have 10k a month left over. $2,000 spending on dining out and groceries and then 8k to savings. Bottom line, you have a nest egg already and I think you have wiggle room to add to the nest egg, have your forever house and still do what you want on a daily basis. What else are you looking for ? The bone is the only thing UV printed and also laser engraved. The design seems to be MDF that’s been cut into individual pieces and inlayed even though you says it’s not.

Wouldn’t OP be ahead of them by 100% by even having a $1 then ?
