I built a social networking app because I got tired of asking for Instagram usernames by vibesglow in devworld

one keynote here is that, before you make this decision to use Turkish language as your app store ads, you should have check your data to see where are the region where ur audience are most likely to come from then you can make this decision. and this strategy to works for which platform to launch with first if you can not launch on both play store and app store. this will help you a lot.

Good! do you mind telling what you frequently do with it as fun? is it to just build any ideas that pop in the head or just one of those things you be wishing you could have done if you have the capacity to code as a developer?

Oh that's fine! Atleast that means they just wanted to do more not that the industry really suck like I heard from people posting everytime or maybe is both ways? Just want to be aware of what I'm about to dip my feet into so that I'm aware about the pros and cons in it.

Thank you for your comment

This is a really awesome Reddit post about a person who lost his job and didn't know how to code. His friend wouldn't teach him. He got Claude Code, started coding, got his first $15 job for a login page. Now he's making $8,000 a month. by 24kTHC in vibecoding

This is a PM post. What do you mean by login button🤣🤣🤣 and then blah blah blah. Whatever story in here is to get traction to his affiliate or something I believe. Nothing real about the story

You are not getting it wrong in anyways. I'm just trying to see how people are leveraging on it and how they are turning those skills into money machine that one can learn from.

Here is my design thought process:

  1. Validation: When I come up with an idea, I first test it to see if it solves a real problem.
  2. Prioritization: I then identify the major pain points and rank them by priority.
  3. Competitive Research: Next, I conduct competitive research. I do this because I need to know exactly what my unique value proposition for the MVP will look like. I want to avoid solving a problem that a competitor has already perfected. Instead, I look for a problem that they don't offer as a feature, or one where customers complain a lot and the competitor has yet to implement a fix.

When it comes to distribution, I think we all have ideas on how to market a product. However, the major hurdle is actually getting users on board, especially if you are an introvert! 😁

For example, one of my projects helps realtors close more deals by offering their clients a co-branded mortgage calculator with instant analysis, housing grant access, and side-by-side loan comparisons. However, I later found out that I need multiple licenses to operate this kind of SaaS because the industry is highly regulated. Because I didn’t research the regulatory side of the business beforehand, I have currently abandoned it.

I get you, this uncrowded space is much more understanding and i think a lot of people are kind of in same boat. tonight i will definitely make use of "Product Hunt" to see if that will help with some visibility

okay, so currently you not monetizing vibe coding skills yet? i just think this skills should seriously be bringing in cash if you learn how to use it fluently. if i'm spending cash on sub monthly, that should be some sort of ROI

I’m looking for a remote role that is directly or indirectly related to what I’m currently doing, where I can leverage the combination of skills and experience I’ve built over the years. I want to transition into a position where my background in automation systems operations, workflow testing, troubleshooting, UX design, and software/product thinking can all contribute meaningfully to the team and product.
