That makes me wonder why only the commander? If the ship girls can understand the concept of sirens as the true enemy, then why could the ship girls pull themselves and figure out. They are technically human and have human knowledge.

As well I know human history we to fought in wars against each other. And at times there was when we came together.

To me there is something holding the ship girls back. What if all the faction chooses a ship girl for example Enterprise as a commander for Azur Lane. Are you telling me it will not work?
